Starting with the 2011 - 2012 pageant season there is a new ONE TIME ONLY forms submission process.
To compete in any local Miss Texas preliminary pageant, you will complete the Miss Contestant Information Form, Release and Indemnity Agreement Form and the Local State Contract 2012 ONE TIME ONLY. This single set of paperwork will be used by each local pageant you choose to enter.
How does this work? The Miss Texas Organization will forward your forms to each local pageant you designate on the Miss Constestant Information Form. REMEMBER: As a contestant you will need to send copies of your completed Judges' Resume and Platform Issue Statement to each local pageant you will be entering, in addition to any forms that local program may require.

The Miss Plano Frisco Organization has forms which must also be completed in order to compete in their local program. Make sure to save all of your completed forms to your computer for your personal records.
