Today was the Oak Creek Centers workshop Christmas party. This is the workshop that I have donated time to throughout the past several years. I have grown so close to so many of the clients that are there. This year I provided the money to buy their Christmas lunch with my winnings from this years MPFO pageant. It warms my heart to see how appreciative that all the clients are to have a great meal and a gift from Santa!!!! I also chose four names to buy gifts for this year. Talk about fun, you should do this and see how good the feeling is at the end. I’m so sad the party is over. I got to serve, perform, dance with them and help Santa hand out gifts!!!!! This Day Was GREAT!!!

I just wanted to share a few of my 16th birthday pictures. I had a great 16th and will remember it forever because so many made it so special for me. A very close friend of my family flew my Mom, Dad and me to Las Vegas and let me invite three of my friends. How great is that!!!! My family came over on my birthday and celebrated with me and made me feel so…special. Wow I don’t think another birthday could ever be as memorable. Thanks to all that wished me a happy birthday because you made it come TRUE!!!!! I just love my family and friends, what would life be without them?????

“I was able to do my first school appearance as Miss Teen Plano. I had a great time talking to the kids in the special education department at FJHS. The kids loved my friends Austin and Ally and we performed some Christmas songs for them as well as “Together Forever Wherever We Go”. They had prepared fun holiday foods for me after my presentation.
One little girl even wanted to perform for me. She got out her clarinet and played a song for me. It was a fun day and I am very excited about representing the City of Plano and sharing my platform with many other schools across the State of Texas.
Merry Christmas!!
