Which form should you download: Acrobat or MS Word?
The Miss Plano Frisco Organization will accept either the Acrobat or Microsoft Word version of the forms. For some forms, we provide
both versions for the contestant's convenience. The Acrobat form allows you to print it, then hand write (neatly) or typewrite the
application information. The Microsoft Word form allows you to fill in the information with your computer, plus you can save the completed
form on your computer.
